The name of the plant comes from Guarani, from the Amerindians of Amazonia who consumed Guarana during the periods of food shortage in order to support hunger.
Due to the cafeine content which is more important in guarana grains (3 to 5%) that in coffee grains (1 to 2 %), it is shown that an extract of this plant can stimulate the nervous system, fight mental and physical tiredness and to have a diuretic action. The extract of Guarana inhibits the reproduction of bacteria such as ' Escherichia coli and Salmonella Typhimurium, thus protecting against malaria and dysentery.
Thanks to its high content in cafeine, Guarana helps your organism to stimulate its natural capacity to burn fats and cut hunger. It also contains tannins which allow a soft and progressive release of cafeine, preventing crankiness. Guarana helps fight against physical and intellectual tiredness, while improving the cognitive performances.
Guarana: The Amazonian tonic to find energy and dynamism.
