Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, or occasionally rapid heartbeat in some individuals. This product also contains theobromine and theophyllin, methylxanthines related to caffeine. Individuals who are sensitive to caffeine may also experience sensitivity to these methylxanthines.
