Hemorrhoids are varicose dilations of veins of the anus for external hemorrhoids, or of the rectum for internal hemorrhoids. They appear at the time of complications:thrombose hemorrhoïdaire, haemorrhage, prolapsus, associated anal crack. Hemorrhoids can involve a mucus seepage, itchings, a painful defecation or even discomfort while remaining sitted. Contrary to external hemorrhoids, internal hemorrhoids are not very painful because the walls of the rectum have few nervous terminations.
Risk factors heredity, sedentariness, bad food habits, alcohol abuse and spiced foods, constipation, colopathy, pregnancy, or quite simply long periods of station or sitting upright.
Above all, here some rules of prevention:
Avoid constipation, meats rich in fats and food which contains only few fibres.
Avoid remaining too a long time in the toilets.
